Septic Installation in St. Petersburg, FL

New and replacement septic systems, including the permit and system design.

People in St. Petersburg usually look for septic installation because of a failed system that cannot be repaired, or a new home or addition that needs a septic system. Pinellas County has about 15,000 septic-served parcels (3.6%), the fewest of the three counties around Tampa Bay, per the Tampa Bay Estuary Program's summary of a 2016 state inventory. Compare 8 septic companies serving St. Petersburg and ask each one what type of system the site needs, what the permit covers and how long approval usually takes.

Septic Installation and St. Petersburg's homes

St. Petersburg has about 78,301 single-family detached houses. When a septic system on one of those lots fails beyond repair, or a house is added onto, the replacement needs a permit and a design that fits the lot and soil.
