Terms of Use

Directory only

This website is an informational directory. We do not perform septic work, and listed contractors are independent businesses. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor you choose.

No endorsement or guarantee

A listing is not an endorsement. We check that a contractor's website describes septic services and the areas it serves, and we show a Florida DEP registration badge only after looking it up, but we do not verify insurance, pricing or workmanship. A registration badge reflects our lookup on the date shown; registrations can change, so check DEP's register yourself. Services, service areas and 24/7 availability are as stated on each company's own website. Check these yourself before hiring.

Quote requests and being contacted

When you submit a quote request, you confirm the details are yours and accurate, and you agree that we and the septic companies listed in our directory that serve your area may call you about that request at the number you provide. Text messages and automated or prerecorded calls happen only if you tick the optional box on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or ask us or the contractor to stop contacting you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Listing order and paid placement

Contractors can pay for featured placement. Featured listings are labeled "Featured · Paid" and shown first, and payment does not change the information shown. All other listings show companies based in the area first, then the rest, each group in alphabetical order.

General information only

The guides, tools, cost ranges and other content on this site are general information. They are not professional, legal, engineering or health advice. For your own situation, ask your county septic permit office, a registered septic contractor or another licensed professional. In an emergency, call 911.

Cost estimates

Cost ranges and calculator results are general estimates for Florida and are not quotes. Your price depends on your home and the contractor's inspection.

No warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the site will be accurate, complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from work performed by any listed contractor.
